Triver Account Deletion
1. 앱에서 삭제하기 (Delete in the app)
Triver 앱에서 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 하단의 마이 탭을 엽니다.
- 설정을 누릅니다.
- 회원 탈퇴를 선택합니다.
- 확인 안내(“계정과 모든 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다.”)에서 삭제를 확정합니다.
You can delete your account directly in the Triver app.
- Open the My tab at the bottom of the app.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the prompt (“This permanently deletes your account and data.”).
2. 앱 없이 삭제 요청하기 (Request deletion without the app)
앱을 이용할 수 없는 경우, 아래 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인을 위해 로그인에 사용한 Apple 또는 Google 계정의 이메일 주소를 함께 기재해 주세요.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email at the address above. To verify your identity, please include the email address of the Apple or Google account you used to sign in.
3. 삭제되는 데이터 (Data that will be deleted)
계정 삭제 시 다음 데이터가 모두 영구 삭제됩니다.
- 계정 정보 — Apple/Google 로그인 식별자, 이메일, 이름, 프로필 이미지
- 취향 설문 결과 (여행 스타일, 관심사, 식이 제한 등)
- AI 챗봇 대화 기록
- 여행 일정 및 일정에 담긴 장소
- 저장한 장소
- 여행 경비 기록
Apple 로그인 사용자의 경우 Apple 계정 연동(토큰)도 함께 해지됩니다.
When your account is deleted, all of the following data is permanently deleted:
- Account information — Apple/Google sign-in identifier, email, name, profile image
- Preference survey results (travel style, interests, dietary restrictions, etc.)
- AI chatbot conversation history
- Trip itineraries and the places in them
- Saved places
- Travel expense records
For Apple sign-in users, the Apple account connection (token) is also revoked.
4. 처리 기간 (Processing time)
- 앱 내 삭제: 요청 즉시 처리됩니다.
- 이메일 요청: 접수 후 7일 이내 처리됩니다.
- 관련 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 데이터는 해당 법정 기간 동안 보관 후 파기됩니다.
- In-app deletion: processed immediately.
- Email request: processed within 7 days of receipt.
- Data subject to statutory retention obligations is kept for the legally required period and then destroyed.
